What it does
Homes and small businesses, on site.
Hourly, no retainer, no minimum term.
Networking, Wi-Fi, printers, backups, new machines, cleanup, recovery, servers.
If replacing it beats fixing it, we say so rather than billing hours.
If the same fault comes back within a fortnight, that visit is on us.
Some of it can be done without a visit, and we will tell you when.
Remote support is fine until the problem is the router, the printer, the cabling or the machine that will not boot. Then you need somebody standing in front of it.
We come out. Networks, Wi-Fi dead spots, printers, backups, new machine setup, virus cleanup, data recovery, the small-business server nobody has patched since it was installed. Billed by the hour with no contract and no retainer, and we tell you when a problem is cheaper to replace than to fix.
