This policy explains what ZYZX Solutions collects when you use https://zyzxsolutions.com/, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to sell you software and answer your questions, and nothing else.

1. Who is responsible for your data

ZYZX Solutions is the data controller for this site.

Springfield, OH
johnnysevo@gmail.com

2. What we collect, and why

When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the subject you chose and your message. We also record the IP address the message came from, which is used solely to rate-limit abuse. We keep this so we can reply and so we have a record of what was agreed.

When you buy something

We record your email address, your name if you gave it, what you bought, the amount, the currency, the licence key we issued and how many times it has been downloaded. This is what lets us deliver the product, honour refunds and reissue a key you have lost.

When you download

We count downloads against your order so that download limits and expiry dates can be enforced. We do not log what you do with the file afterwards.

When you ask the AI assistant something

The question you type is sent to an AI model running on hardware we operate, together with a summary of our own product catalog. It is not sent to any third-party AI vendor. We keep an IP-based counter to rate-limit the assistant. Do not type anything confidential into it — it is a sales assistant, not a support channel.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

We store your email address and the date you subscribed, nothing more.

3. Payments

We never see your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page. Your card number, expiry and security code are entered on their systems and never touch ours. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the email address you used. Stripe’s own privacy notice governs what they do with your data.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers.

  • Light/dark preference — stored in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers how you like it. It never leaves your device.
  • WordPress session cookies — set only if you log in to the site as an administrator.
  • Rate limiting — short-lived counters held on our server, keyed to a hash of your IP address.

5. Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data, and we never will. We share it only with the services needed to run the business:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Our email provider — to deliver receipts, licence keys and replies.
  • Our hosting provider — which necessarily stores the site and its database.

We will also disclose data where we are legally required to. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

6. How long we keep it

  • Contact messages — two years, then deleted.
  • Order and licence records — seven years, because tax authorities require it.
  • Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
  • Rate-limit counters — one hour.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. If you are in the EEA or UK you have these rights under the GDPR; in California, under the CCPA; and we extend the same rights to everyone else regardless.

Email johnnysevo@gmail.com and we will action it within thirty days. We will not ask you why. Note that we cannot delete order records we are legally obliged to retain for tax purposes, but we can delete everything else associated with them.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS throughout. Download links are cryptographically signed and expire. Administrative access is limited to the two people who run the company. Payment data never reaches our servers at all. No system is perfect, but we do not store what we do not need, which is the most effective security measure available.

9. Children

This site is intended for business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are contacting us from elsewhere, your data will be processed there.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects existing customers, tell them by email.

12. Contact

Any question about privacy, data or this policy goes to johnnysevo@gmail.com.
