Knowledge Base & RAG Setup

Your documents turned into something your team can actually ask questions of, with citations back to the source.

What it does

Document ingestion

PDFs, Word files, wikis, spreadsheets and scraped pages.

Proper chunking

Tuned for your content, because the default settings rarely are.

Citations

Every answer links back to the source document.

Keeps itself current

Staff add to it as they work, through a browser extension and an API key for your own software — so it does not go stale the week after handover.

Access control

Who can see what, if your material needs it.

Evaluation

A test set of real questions, so you know it works before rollout.

Runs anywhere

Your server, your cloud, or the AI box we built you.

Most companies already have the answers written down. They are spread across a shared drive, an old wiki and four hundred PDFs nobody has opened since 2021.

We collect that material, clean it, chunk it properly, embed it, and wire it into an interface your team can use. Every answer cites the document it came from, so people can check it — which is the difference between a tool that gets used and one that gets quietly abandoned.

Questions about this product

How many documents can it handle?

Tens of thousands without trouble. The limit is usually disk, not the software.

What stops it going out of date?

The update workflow. A knowledge base nobody feeds is worthless in three months, so keeping it current is part of the build rather than an afterthought.
