VoxScribe Recorder

Record, transcribe and summarise calls and meetings on your own machine. Nothing leaves your network.

v2.0.0 New

What it does

Local transcription

Whisper-class accuracy running on your own hardware, GPU or CPU.

Speaker labels

Automatic diarisation for two to eight speakers.

Summaries

Action items, decisions and open questions extracted from every session.

Search

Full-text search across every recording you have ever made.

Exports

Markdown, DOCX, SRT, VTT and plain text.

Cross-platform

One licence covers Windows, macOS and Linux.

Every transcription service wants your calls on their servers. For anything covered by a contract, an NDA or a regulator, that is a non-starter.

VoxScribe runs the whole pipeline locally: capture, transcription, speaker separation and summary. The audio never leaves the machine it was recorded on, and neither does the transcript. You get action items and decisions pulled out automatically, and exports in whatever format the rest of your stack expects.
