Voicemail is a relic. Half the calls you miss are spam, and the useful ones leave you thirty seconds of “call me back” with no context \u2014 so you ring them back not knowing what the conversation is about.<\/p>\n
This answers instead, holds a real conversation, works out what the caller wants, and sends you a written summary with a recommended action. We evaluated three ways to build it \u2014 cloud call handling through Twilio, an on-device speakerphone workaround, and voicemail-only screening \u2014 and the Twilio route won on reliability, so that is the architecture it is being built on.
