You buy a product once. The price you pay covers the software itself plus twelve months of updates and support. When those twelve months run out, nothing switches off and nothing stops working — you simply stop receiving new versions until you renew. The only thing a tier changes is how many sites or machines the licence may be activated on.

How licensing works

One payment, not a subscription

There is no recurring charge and no card kept on file. You pay once, the licence key is yours, and we never bill you again unless you choose to renew.

Twelve months of updates

From the day you buy, every new version — features, fixes and compatibility releases — arrives automatically in your dashboard for a year.

It keeps working after that

When the twelve months end, the version you have installed carries on working indefinitely. You lose access to new releases and support, not the software.

The key is what unlocks updates

Activating your licence key is what turns on one-click updates. Unactivated software still runs — you just have to download new versions by hand.

Questions, answered

Do I need a subscription?

No. Every product is a one-time purchase. Your licence includes twelve months of updates and support, and the software continues to work after that.

What is your refund policy?

Fourteen days, no interrogation. If the product does not do what the page said it would, email us and we will refund it.

Can I use a plugin on client sites?

Yes, on as many sites as your licence tier allows. Agency licences are unlimited and may be white-labelled.

How do I get updates?

Automatic updates arrive in your WordPress dashboard once the licence key is activated. Manual downloads are always available in your account.
