Habit Tracker
A mobile-first habit tracker that builds your day around your real calendar and closes the gaps when you finish early or run late.
What it does
Reads your Google Calendar and builds habits around the events already in it.
Finish early or late and the rest of the day auto-adjusts around it — calendar events excepted.
Weekday-specific routines that fill themselves in, and can be built automatically from what you have actually done before.
Rearrange the timeline by hand whenever the auto-plan is wrong.
Attach a YouTube video or music track to a task, and switch on a Pomodoro timer for the ones that need it.
Push habits to Google Calendar and Google Tasks so the rest of your life sees them.
A separate user database with email password reset — your site's WordPress users stay untouched.
Big emoji icons, a card layout, a full-page front-end shortcode, and switchable dark and light themes.
Habit apps assume your day is empty and your discipline is infinite. Real days have meetings in them, and real people finish things late.
This one builds the day around what is actually in your calendar, and when you finish a habit early or late it re-flows everything after it so you are not left staring at a schedule that is already wrong by nine in the morning. Calendar events stay where they are — everything else moves. It runs on the front end through a shortcode, on its own user database rather than WordPress accounts, and it is built for a phone first.

Questions about this product
Whose Google account does it use?
Each person authorises their own. There is no shared app credential, and settings are per user — only registration and the default theme live in the WordPress admin.
Can I white-label it?
Yes. The styling is deliberately neutral and the branding is yours.
