Prayer Request Manager
Take prayer requests properly: private by default, routed to the right people, followed up, and never accidentally published.
What it does
Nothing is ever visible publicly unless the person ticks the box that says so.
Private to staff, shareable with the prayer team, or publishable anonymously — the submitter chooses.
Send requests to the right team by category — pastoral, urgent, hospital, general.
Who took it, what happened, when it was closed.
Marks time-sensitive requests and notifies immediately.
Automatic archiving or deletion after a period you set.
A prayer request is often the most sensitive thing anyone will ever type into a church website. Handling it with a generic contact form means it lands in a shared inbox, gets forwarded around, and sits there forever.
This plugin treats those requests as what they are. Every submission is private unless the person explicitly consents to it being shared, requests are routed to the team that should see them, follow-up is tracked so nobody falls through, and there is a retention policy so old requests do not accumulate indefinitely.
